Julie krieger

Principal

Julie founded Verdant Management in 2017 after identifying a clear need in the market for on- demand leadership skills in the association sector. With her career foundations in marketing and business development, Julie has always had a focus on innovation, system development and commercial viability of associations. Julie’s experience includes time as COO of an association management company with 30+ staff as well as the NSW/ACT Commercial Director for the Property Council of Australia. Jemma still

Senior Account Manager

Jemma has been working in the management of professional associations for over 12 years, including as the Head of Member and Partner Services with the Australian Tourism Export Council and the Business Development Manager at the Law Society of NSW.  Jemma is the account management for Verdant Client, Cancer Nurses Society of Australia, and acting as their Executive Officer.   Jemma brings a strong focus on the successful implementation of strategic plans for CNSA – mainly within the areas of membership growth, revenue opportunities, systems and processes and communications.

Lauren fahey

Senior Account Manager

Lauren is the account manager on one of Verdant’s largest clients – National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC).  Providing support directly to the Board and ensuring the daily operations and KPI’s are met.  In the past, Lauren has been fortunate enough to work with clients such as Commonwealth Bank, Optus & Variety – the children’s charity, on large scale educational programs to create behaviour change.  Lauren was awarded the Young employer of the year award, and also awarded the NSW rising star for her work in the education sector. Lauren holds multiple Diploma’s in Business and Education. 

Cathy Hall

Senior Accountant

Cathy Hall CA worked with Mann Judd for over 10 years, she finished her time there as a Senior Manager, specialising in taxation services. Following this Cathy went on to work with other key accounting firms where she concentrated on small to medium size businesses. In addition to her abilities as an Accountant, she is also an authorised representative of an Australian Financial Services (AFS) License with the SMSF Advisers Network Pty Limited. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and completed her qualifications with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Administration Officer

Lea is a seasoned administration and Executive Assistant professional, having worked around the world for multinational companies in the Finance, Advertising and Healthcare industries (including at AstraZeneca and JP Morgan & Chase Bank). Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Marketing major. Her expertise focuses on general administration and she utilises her skills and dedication in delivery of exceptional service to Verdant clients and their members.

Accounting & Administration Officer

Amie holds a Bachelor of Commerce | Management accounting and is a  driven accounting and administration professional. She has worked in a number of different industries including manufacturing & production, contracting, and Australian BPO. Amie brings a wealth of knowledge with extensive exposure to a number of accounting systems including: ERP, MYOB, Xero and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic (Navision) 2017, as well as Human Resource Administration Software such as Payroll Hero and Ashima.

MAryanne salvador

Administration Officer

Maryanne (Anne) has many years’ experience in admin and secretarial roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in English and a Masters of Public Administration.  Anne has worked in administration and Executive Assistant roles across a range of industries.  Her expertise focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and managing databases and business systems, including Association Online.
